1.  Returns Period:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and undamaged items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange.

2.  Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

3.  How to Initiate a Return:

4.  Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a proof of postage for your returns.

5.  Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.

6.  Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to availability, and any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
